Hotel Assenzio is housed in a recently renovated Neoclassical building in the heart of Prague's New Town, 5 minutes' walk from the metro and 10 minutes' walk from Wenceslas Square.

The Assenzio's meticulous restoration preserved the traditional and original features, including the unique facade and an ancient cellar with a fine Italian restaurant and a bar.
